PhoneFactor Authentication is coming soon. If LT has not provided you with
a PhoneFactor PIN, then you may simply login to the Client Portal as usual with your
email and password.
For clients with a PhoneFactor PIN:
- Enter your login credentials (email and password) as usual.
- From the 'PhoneFactor Authentication' dropdown, select which phone number you will
use to authenticate (main, mobile, home).
- Click the Login button. If your credentials are correct, you will immediately receive
a call from PhoneFactor.
- Answer the call, enter your PIN and press the # key to authenticate your login request.
Important: If you receive a PhoneFactor authentication call and you are not
attempting to login to the Client Portal, this may be an attempt to compromise your
account. Do not enter your PIN, hang up immediately and contact LT Support at 816.421.1420,
option 2.
